Dynamic is a progression raiding guild. Most of our raid time is spent doing progression bosses and hardmodes.
What's expected from our players:
1) Performance. This is held above all else. We will always make room for an exceptional player in any role, though some roles are easier to get into than others.
2) Attendance. We don't recruit people to have them show up "sometimes". We need to build a raid for success and that means knowing reliably who will be there.
3) Preparedness. Consumables, research, addons and being freed from distractions "irl". Take care of whatever you needed to get done outside of raid time. We can make exceptions in some cases, but players who afk frequently will get subbed out. Also, your character not having the consumables it needs to increase its effectiveness or non-updated mods is unacceptable. Be a cheapass on someone else's time, the other 24 people in the raid want to down bosses.
4) Attitude. Join this guild because you care about winning. This isn't a place to go if you're conflicted about whether or not WoW is what you want to be doing with your time. You're playing with a group of people just as real as any sports team or club you have ever been a part of. Act accordingly and take it seriously. Nobody likes to hear someone who thinks they sound cool by acting like they don't care.
What you can expect from us:
1) Fairness. Our raid spots, rankings, and loot distribution are based on the above criteria used to measure the contribution of a raider to the guild.
2) Success. If we have 25 people in a raid group each night performing up to acceptable levels of the aforementioned criteria, I guarantee you, we WILL have the kind of success you're looking for by applying to this guild. It's our commitment to you, the player, that we will work to recruit like-minded individuals in an attempt to be as competitive as possible.
3) Prestige-based rewards. Titles, mounts and achievements that are only attainable through raiding.
4) Respect. You earn it, you get it.
Other things you should know:
- Our raid times are Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday 6:45-10:00pm server time (PST)
- We review our players once a month and assign ranks based on that review for the following month
- Spouses/Friends etc who are not up to competitive raiding yet want to be part of the guild can be. They will be assigned to a "Casual" rank. People who want to raid must submit an application and will be approved or rejected based on their own merit.
- Regardless of what our Recruiting widget tells you, we will always make room for exceptional players. Put in an application and see what happens.
You must register on the website in order to apply. You must apply in order to join the guild. If you can't find the "Apply to Guild" button on your screen, you don't deserve to apply.
